I am Pavel Prokushenkov has over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship, lecturing, and coaching. He earned his Masters in Aviation Engineering and Social Psychology and currently is working on his PhD in Management with a focus on human values. As an entrepreneur, Pavel was involved in international projects in real estate, fashion, and consulting. Pavel is a lecturer in strategy and business planning. He supports entrepreneurs around the world as a mentor and coach.
I am a visiting lecturer in business planning at Estonian Business School and in enterprise strategy at University Claude Bernard Lyon 1, France. I became an entrepreneur in 1991 and was involved in international projects in real estate development, fashion, rental business, and consulting. I have considerable experience in governing people and managing processes both in rapid growth and in crisis.
